1. Laboratory research use only

All products sold by Accend Peptide ("Seller") are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, consumption, injection, or any other administration to people or animals.

2. Eligible buyers

Sales are made only to qualified laboratories, research institutions, and businesses engaged in laboratory research. Buyers must be at least 18 years of age. Seller may request verification of the buyer's institution, role, and intended use, and may decline or cancel any request at its sole discretion.

3. Buyer responsibilities

The buyer agrees to handle products only by trained personnel in a laboratory setting; to follow all applicable laws and regulations, including import and customs requirements in the destination country; not to resell, redistribute, or repackage products for human or animal use; and not to use products in food, drugs, or cosmetics.

4. Order requests and payment

Submitting an order request does not create a binding sale. Seller reviews each request, confirms availability, and sends a quote with the final total, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes, together with a secure payment link. An order is accepted only when Seller confirms it and payment is received. Prices shown on the site are base prices per kit of 10 vials, exclude shipping, handling, and tax, and may change without notice.

5. Shipping

Seller ships within the United States and to select other countries. Seller will confirm whether it can ship to a destination before accepting an order. Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import permits, and compliance with local law. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier. Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside Seller's control.

6. Certificates of analysis

Certificates of analysis (COA) from the third-party testing laboratory are available on request by email. COAs are provided for the stated batch only.

7. Returns and claims

Due to the nature of the products, sales are final. Buyers must report shipping damage or order errors in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photos. Seller may, at its discretion, replace or refund affected items.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller disclaims all warranties not expressly stated, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any use of products contrary to these terms. Seller's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the products at issue. The buyer agrees to indemnify Seller against claims arising from the buyer's misuse of products or breach of these terms.

9. Statements not evaluated

Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

10. Governing law and contact
